What is Mytoques return policy?
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase with initial receipt.
To qualify for return, merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, and in their original packaging. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment, and all returnable products, including online-only products, will be refunded for the full purchase price.
Note that seasonal merchandise (e.g. Christmas, Easter, and Halloween items, including costumes) may be returned up to 7 days prior to the holiday, in original condition, and with a store receipt or order confirmation email. If a return is made within that 7-day period, you will be refunded in store credit*.
*Store credit is valid for in-store transactions only.

I have misplaced my order confirmation email. How do I return my item?
If you placed an online order through your Mytoques account, you can find your order number in your Order History after logging into your Mytoques account. You can also request a new order confirmation email by contacting us.
How do I return an in-store pickup order?
In-store pickup orders can be returned to any Mytoques location accompanied by your order confirmation email.
How do I return a pre-ordered item?
Pre-orders cannot be returned until you have received your item. Then, you may return your order in-store or by mail.
How will I know my return has been processed?
Once we receive your return, the refund will be reflected in your bank statement within 2-5 business days*.
*Shipping & handling charges and taxes are non-refundable.
